Last weekend we visited Wells-Next-The-Sea. Its a lovely little town on the Norfolk coast. Onshore it was lovely and warm. By the coast – howling an arctic gale. Hence the windswept look and windsurfers. I love the way you can see what looks like a tropical island.
Well you might be thinking “How is Modest May going Sophie?” Answer: Quite badly.
This weekend I’ve had a little bit of wine. Less than normal, but some nevertheless. I also bought a jumper from New Look. It was on sale and I buckled.
I realise I’ve not posted any food pictures in ages. This would be because I haven’t cooked anything new. I wanted to keep up with trying to cook new things but I guess it doesn’t always work that way.
I can’t wait for next weekend. The last few days have been difficult and they’re not over yet.
Enough doom and gloom. Lets crack on with another week.
I love Wells. We usually end up going to Sunny Hunny because the boys like the tackiness! The Norfolk coast is really underrated.
