Granted, I’m having a rough day. Even the hat is looking worse than usual. I really wanted to wear this jumper and now I’ve just squeezed into it, meh, kind of disappointed.
Although it’s a Primark via ebay special, I think it’s actually got a high wool content and the two wash cycles it’s been through before I’ve worn it seem to have shrunk it. The material is tight and bloody itchy. I’ll always have to wear a long sleeved top underneath to save me having contact with it.
This evening has seen the oven break. Very interesting considering it needs to be in GWO for the big day. Interesting.

ReplyDeleteI like this jumper but cannot stand itchy things so I feel for you! I have a wrap around grey cardi from H&M and I get it out every year when it gets cold, and put it back again a week later because its really itchy! I have hardly any long sleeved tops too!

ReplyDeleteIt looks very sweet! But I know what you mean about itchy wool- I have a cardie which looks nice but i hate to wear (always the 'reserve' when nothing else will go with an outfit) because of the itch factor.

Oh I can't stand itchy wool jumpers- you think WHY is it itchy? Sheep don't feel itchy like this!!!! It looks nice though!
