Wearing:

Shorts from Tesco, I’ll guess at £8

Green top from Tesco £5

Zebra print top from ebay £2.50

Polka dot plimsolls from Cath Kidston £10 (I’m getting a good lot of wear from these babies)

I mowed the lawn so it was actually short enough to walk on again. It’s been months since I’ve taken garden shots, or so it feels. Here are the last remaining flowers in the garden, co-incidentally they all happen to be pink!

Instantly taller

Wearing:

maxi skirt from Primark via ebay £3.50

vest top from Tesco £5

Cardi by Primark via ebay £3.50

On Monday I donned my maxi skirt again knowing it would be nice and warm. I do like the way it makes me look taller, I’m wearing flats underneath, I think.

The heatwave is pure brilliance, we should have one every summer. I measured the temperature at 28 degrees C today, mega!

Bleugh, I’m off to ruddy zumba again shortly.

Sunny Hunny

On Sunday we took a trip to Hunstanton, known locally as Sunny Hunny. Apart from the strong breeze, it was delightful.

Here are some pictures I got.

New shoes please

I was contacted by Sarenza who offered me a chance to win £800 worth of shoes. How could I say no?! They have a new Autumn/Winter collection out now.
I thought I would take a look to see what would suit the kind of outfits I like wearing. Well, they do have 3580 new styles of footwear to choose from, I daresay they’ll have quite a few that would suit. I consider my ‘style’ to be rather British. Correct me if I’m wrong! I’ve taken a look back at some of my looks from this year to see what would work for me.

Boyish! Very this season

I am into footwear that is comfortable, versatile and practical. Really anything I buy should fit at least two of the criteria and preferably be leather as well. So long as you have the right core selection of footwear I think you’re more or less covered, without needing hundreds of pairs. What do you think of my selection for Autumn/Winter?
All outfits are *me* and all lovely shoe alternatives are available now at Sarenza. I’m in the mood for some shoe shopping!

Sandals by Chix £15

Owl necklace from Select £1.50

Belt from Tesco £1.50

Sunglasses from Peacocks £6

Dog via rescue home £125, who says I don’t accessorize?!

Comet was convinced my camera remote was a treat and gatecrashed my shoot. Mama can’t resist a cuddle with her little lad, but fear not I’m not one of those weirdos who ACTUALLY snogs their dogs. I know what that boy gets up to!

I wore this outfit to town(s) on Saturday while the sun shone. I had thought about packing my summerwear away but due to this late burst of sunshine I’ll hold off for a while.
