Superfast beef hash, jacket potatoes, goddess salad, lovely butter beans and bacon

This is the second time I’ve made this Jamie Oliver dish from the 30 minute meals book. This first time we made it we stuck to the recipe like glue but this time I was cooking solo with a bit more time so I made a few tweaks.

hash1

Looks good cooking in the pan

hash3

I put the jacket potatoes on early so they turned out just how I like them

hash2

I went for salad from a bag, no dressing

hash4

I made the same amount of hash and bean mix then froze the leftover hash and polished off the beans the next day.

hash5

Looks and tastes great all together.

I don’t really understand the beef hash, it’s quite dry in the potato so quite a bit of sour cream was needed. The star of the dish is the delicious butterbean mix.

The recipe for this dish can be found in Jamie Oliver’s 30 minute meals recipe book.
