Apologies for the lack of gorm,
It’s Friday and time for FBFF and the topic this week fitness. Oh dear.
Do you remember Operation Olympian? Nope? Well I resolved to improve my fitness. I’ve been running
most weekends when I haven’t chickened out, had a faux injury or there was inclement weather and so I’ve noticed some mild improvement in stamina although I’m possibly getting shin splints. But enough about my pathetic excuses.
I really admire women who keep really fit. Strong is much more attractive than stick thin in my book. I would happily put on a stone if it was muscle. As it is, I shall have to be satisfied with keeping relatively active on a daily basis, a bit of zumba and running a little.
